1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Contact form data: name, WhatsApp number, email, the need you select, your message.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, pages visited (short retention).
• Cookies: a region preference cookie (region), optional session cookie for admin login (da_sess), and analytics cookies if GA4 is enabled.

3. How we use it

• Reply to your enquiry and provide services you asked for.
• Operate the website (region detection, basic analytics, security).
• Comply with legal obligations (invoices, tax).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers who help us run the site — WhatsApp Business API provider (Flowgento), email provider (ZeptoMail when enabled), and Google (Fonts, Maps embed, optional Analytics). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

5. India DPDP Act 2023 — your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data, and obtain a summary.
• Correct, update or erase inaccurate or no-longer-needed personal data.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Lodge a grievance with us first; if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board.

To exercise any right, email support@deepautomate.tech with the subject "DPDP request". We'll respond within 30 days.

7. International transfers

Service providers may store data outside India (e.g. Google data centres). We only use providers that offer adequate safeguards and comply with Indian law.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Retention

Enquiry records: 3 years. Server logs: 90 days. Backups: 14 days. Admin accounts: until deletion requested.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we'll post the new version on this page and update the "last updated" date.
