Terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who you're contracting with
These terms are between you ("Client") and Deep Automate, operating from Shakti Nagar 1st Lane, Lochapada, Berhampur, Odisha 760001, India. Contact: support@deepautomate.tech.
2. Services
Deep Automate designs, builds and maintains software — WhatsApp bots, AI automations, websites, e-commerce, Android & iOS apps, desktop software and SaaS. Each engagement is covered by a separate written quote or statement of work (SOW) that we both agree to.
3. Payments
- Prices on this website are starting points in INR; the final quote is in the SOW.
- Standard split: 50% to start, 50% on launch. Larger projects may use milestone invoices.
- GST is added at the applicable rate for Indian clients.
- Late payments beyond 30 days accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
4. Scope and change requests
The SOW defines the scope. Any addition is logged as a change request, estimated separately, and only started after approval.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own 100% of the custom code, designs and content we produce for you. Deep Automate retains ownership of its own tooling and generic components, which are licensed to you perpetually, worldwide, royalty-free, for the purpose of running the deliverable.
6. Third-party services
Projects may depend on third parties (Meta WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, cloud providers, app stores). You are responsible for complying with their terms and for direct charges from them.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep each other's non-public information confidential and only use it to perform the contract.
8. Warranty & support
We fix bugs in the delivered code free of charge for 30 days from launch, unless caused by changes you or a third party make. Beyond this, we offer paid support plans.
9. Liability
Except for fraud or gross negligence, our maximum liability under or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid to us in the 6 months before the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 15 days' notice. You pay for work done up to termination and own the code delivered to that point.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Berhampur, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Acceptable use of this website
You must not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of this site; attempt to breach security; interfere with the service; or use it to send unsolicited messages.
These terms are provided as a starting point. For contracts of significant value, have a lawyer review them.
